Our Union
The Association of Flight Attendants, AFA-CWA, is a union by Flight Attendants for Flight Attendants. AFA represents approximately 50,000 Flight Attendants at 19 airlines. The Presidents from these airlines make up the structure of the Board of Directors for AFA.
The United AFA Master Executive Council is made up of the 16 councils within United. The Presidents from each council elects a President, Vice President and Secretary-Treasurer to form our MEC Officers.
